• We do not store or log your User Input. It is processed in real-time and discarded after the AI generates the output.

The design, logos, trademarks, service marks, and underlying technology of Prompt Generator are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark laws in India, the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or its underlying technology without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ZERO UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($0.00). THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN ALL APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompt Generator and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your User Input, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

For users in India: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Prompt Generator regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision. If such reformation is not possible, the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
